Perceptis was founded by Alibek (Al) Dostiyarov and Yersultan (Yers) Sapar in 2024. Former roommates at UC Berkeley, they bonded over shared appreciation of beautiful technology, and paying rent.
Alibek witnessed firsthand the rapid transformation of McKinsey & Company from a traditional management consulting firm into a Digital and AI powerhouse. Having supported numerous Fortune 500 companies and several governments on topics from data strategy to custom AI model building, he moved on to his vision of bringing the power of bleeding-edge AI to white-collar workers. His goal is to obliterate the old ways of working, with long hours of soul-crushing mind-numbing work.
Yersultan, during his time at Apple’s AI&ML Special Projects Group, launched products that are now being used by hundreds of millions of iPhone and Apple Watch users. Most importantly, as part of Apple’s moonshot lab, he pushed the frontier of AI applications in everyday tasks.
